    This one hour yoga practice is appropriate for all fitness levels and focuses on pose alignment and relaxation. Group classes have a max limit of 4 participants per class. Call, text or email Amanda to book this service.

    Not feeling ready for a group class? Perhaps you would like to try chair yoga? Amanda will lead you through a one hour practice, appropriate for all fitness levels. Available to book online.
